Well, seems that everyone is busy making new resolutions for 2009 or still completing or continuing 2008's resolutions...;).

Hmmm....2008?

For me it's bitter sweets moment.
when, i browsed back my blog archive...i found:

January : completing my very last final exam on Jan,4th.. & on Jan,8....i said so long& good bye to MMU...the end of my degree years.On jan,19 , my final exam result was out i got 4.00 GPA & 3.## CGPA....& offically broke up with my bf.=P.

Febuary: Enjoying myself, lepak-ing at home & temporary jobless...plus emotional rollercoaster...missing my good friends.

March: Jobless nomore.hihi..knowing new colleagues, experiencing workloads, handling students. haha.guess what?i'm temporary high school teacher.& Spending time with my cousins.

April: still busy with works..

May: Received invitation card from MMU..for convocation ceremony,school holiday etcs.

June: temporary disconnected with internet.

July: started my haul collections. My cat, BaBy...died tragically.*sigh*..

August: started new job & meet new colleagues..& convocation day on 9th.. Dapat 2 kucing ekor kucing baru, nello & nelly.

September: bought more beauty products, my first ever EOTD, & preparation for Eid.

Oct: kinda busy with works, started reviewing products (base on personal experienced).

november: shop till drop, started wearing contact lens, attend Y's wedding.

December: shop till drop, more hauls, more online shopping.


2009, resolutions?? Hmmm... i must complete the previous resolution....firstlah.
but, fyi.. after jan 2009. i'll temporary hold my money,not to beauty product, unless it's really necessary...yep, for few months.Hope so..hik!hik!but what inside my wishlist,will remain there.

Only 3 months & i've HIT the pan!..oooo my maquicake!!

Aihh...i hate searching for foundation. The right skin tone color, non-cakey/chalky,oil-free..looks natural...watsoever...aaaihh... & i'm kinda person who's likes & itchy to try for a new brand....

but, not every brand will suit my skin right??

I found for a drugstore brand Revlon is the best compact/foundation that suit my skin, compared to Loreal or Silky Girl...havent tried ZA....

For others, i found m.a.c quite good & Lancome maquicake sooo light,like i didnt wear foundation....at all...havent tried other high end brands....hihi..

*sigh*

I'm preparing for a new compact foundation/2 way foundation...but, i dont know what to choose yet! haih...yes Chanel is in my wishlist. I'll check it out this weekend.

review : Benefit Lipscription

Do you have dark lips? and it's bugging you so much when you're wearing lipstick/lipgloss and all you can see is your dark lips.yikes!that's horrible!... i thinks most or few of you might have this kinda problem problem right?

According to beautyfeast.com, there are several factors that can cause of this problem , such as use of some cheap brand of lipstick, sun exposure, heavy application of lipstick, drinking tea or coffee in excess.But the most important cause of dark lips is smoking.It can also be due to allergy and dryness.

So, have you heard of Benefit Lipscription?? Actually, this review was base on my cousin's personal experience using this product.She told me that, she was so tempted to buy the Benefit benetint but when she went to Benefit counter and tried the product onto her lips, all she can see was her dark lips, the benetient pink colors didnt stain and she was so frustrated. Then the SA introduced her with the Benefit lipscription.......The SA claimed that, this product can solve her problem. So, we'll see.

I like their product description:

"Before you even contemplate kissing, make sure your lips are soft, smooth and sensual with dr. feelgood's lipscription. One tube exfoliates, and the other smoothes and moisturizes. It's the sure-fire set to smooth your pucker!"- Benefitcosmetics

As you can see from the picture above, the box contained 2 'kissing' tubes . First tube is the exfoliating lips beads & the second tube is a silky lips balm duo....

How to apply:
Firstly, you use the exfoliating beads and scrub gently onto your lips for few minutes...Then wipe it off with tissue. Finally...then, you can apply the silky balm duo all over your lips... Tadaaaaa you can feel super smooth sensation on your lips.haha..im exaggerate that...=p

I dont know whether this product will really lighten dark lips, but this product contains AHA and jojoba to scrub away dry lips and lines, and the balm is loaded with Vitamin E and chamomile. Perhaps they have Vitamin E right??

Price:
If i'm not mistaken the price is rm110 for both tubes. You cant buy 1 tube.. hmmm quite pricey but i think it;s reasonable price for 2 tubes & 32 g total net.

Verdict?
I don't have any yet, i have to ask my cousin for the actual result.But, for only 1 application she said, she can see slightly difference. For more info of this product...you can go straight away to Benefit counter near you.Find the best SA that have full knowledge about the products instead of just selling the products. =)

owhh... before i off, i also found a few tips that might helping you to maintain red lips(beautyfeast.com):
1. Carrot and orange juice should be taken for maintaining red lips.
2. Before going to bed massage your lips with drops of glycerine, lime juice and honey.
3. Lemon is natural bleach apply it with a little glycerine at night.
4. Almond oil is good for discoloration of skin. It can be used any where in the body.

I just got back from my highschool bestie, Alin's wedding reception....
back at Semenda..
knowing her since form 1 till form 3..(1995-1997)
we were so close at that time...but, unfortunately..when pmr result released, i had been offered to boarding school all the way to sc muar..

but, we still sending kad raya...to each other..notto forget she always drew nice picture to the card*touched*..& mailed it to me.

but...
my fault, busy...changing phone no,study....new friends, she also further her study to uitm with her twin aida..and so...and so.....making our friendship not so that close.

Then,
Lastime i met her, was on Herda's wedding i think almost 4 years ago.wow....how time flies..really quick eh??..*sigh*

Today, i met few of my schoolmates, junai, aida(alin's twin), nani, herda,zawana, mahathir & rohaizan.... hahaha..believed it or not... most of them....will tight the knot next year.omg!congrates!congrates!

review : Bobbi Brown LE Basic Lips Pallete

My another impulse buying....

I love their LE copper diamond shimmer bricks but, it's doesnt suit my skin tone...eventho i have medium skin tone, but to me... it's more shimmer...than the copper colors.*sigh*..i love their LE shimmer brick packaging...aihhh...whatosay,,it's cost rm145. so, when i stop by their outlet two weeks ago..they were having promotion in conjunction with the holiday LE collections..with free orange juice & pastries and their SA much more nicer than at the mac counter...actually i was searching for neutral/nude colors for me to wear at work...i had tried several colors of their lipstick but it doesnt impressed me much...it's turn perfectly o.k on skin(swatches), but not on my lips...i have never tried their lipstick before...then i came to another part of the store i saw this LE basic lips pallete, the SA helping me to put the lipstick onto my lips and suddenly tadaaaa i'm quite impressed! plus i dont have any lip pallete in my collection....so..another impulse bought from one lipstick to a pallete!...phewww...

Texture:?
For me, it's doesnt have creamy texture...not like benefit l/s(retail:rm72 @ counter) or nyx round l/s(online: cherryculture.com) or others but it has smooth texture and long-lasting...tho....;).it's also easy to apply with lip brush.the cons, you have to apply more than 1 layer of the lipcolor to see the exact color that you want.

Price??
rm160, i know it's expensive for lips pallete...but again this was my impulsive bought, so i just close my eyes & paid.hahaha....=P

Verdict:
overall, i must said that i like this pallete due to its color & lasting power, but it's too pricey...right??hihii.So,it;s up to you, whether you want to splurge or save??hahaha....

I just got back from Sg wang & Lowyat..hmmmm....hajat dihati nak beli LG cookie...yang berwarna Gold or Brown........saya dah jalan satu Lowyat... but semuanya OOS & bila pergi Sg.Wang the only left yang berwarna silver. sigh..double sigh...triple sigh....dah laa mengharungi traffic jam mcm nak giler...sedih betul hati ini. frustrated gegila lah...kalau ada pun stock probably next week...next week?? adoih... patience is not my virtue now,not in this condition, not at all....blaaaaaaaah!

Yelah, mmg salah saya pun cos before headed to sg.wang pergi jln TAR ...dulu & gi Pertama nak survey LG tu.. mmg dah jumpa satu kedai yg ada stock brown but not Gold...cause gold is my first choice actually..but, because i'm bit fussy person(not always just in certain things)... cookie yg berwarna brown tu ade scratch on its screen protector...even, die kasi 1 more screen protector.. i still rejected it, cos that's the only Cookie left..okay.. rm899 is a huge amount to pay okay...betul tak??dah la dia fully touch screen...so, screen protector amat-amat penting forme....kan???okay...watever lah... hati ini sedang sayu..nie....tengoklah mcmana...geram & malas mau fikir.

Saya baru selesai dinner kat rumah...penat banget lah harini...sempat melelapkan mata selepas magrib nasib baik tak gilak.huhuhu....

And now, baru ada masa untuk saya mengupdate blog. wahh...dan, hari ini saya bangun seawal 8.00pagi.. semalam sudah penat menolong kemas-kemas, potong itu-ini..untuk kenduri hari ini...anak-anak buah & sedara semua dah bangun lagi awal lagi saya, queue untuk mandi..dan kemudian breakfast....what's for breakfast? roti bom, murtabak, kuih kocok....then ada behun goreng...sepat aja semua...Sejurus selepas selesai breakfast bersama keluarga, kami (yang muda-mudi jelita) melakukan operasi seterusnya apedia??? yeahh..pasang lansir....letak carpet...then, susun pinggan mangkuk dalam dulang...potong buah, letak dadih.etcs.....Tepat pukul 12.00 tgh hari, orang mula datang..pakcik-pakcik masjid...doa selamat & tahlil.kemudian makan...lepas yang tetamu makan...kami yg muda-mudi & yang veteran pula menikmati makanan...gulai ayam masak cili padi, sotong kering sambal, kari daging, kerabu kerang, dadih, papedem & tembikai..


Lepas semua sumbat makanan, saya & mereka-mereka meneruskan operasi seterusnya yang diketuai oleh abg mail sebagai mandor...iaitu operasi membasuh pinggan mangkuk.....operasi berjalan dengan jayanya...tanpa sebarang masalah.

Kemudian, selepas penat...kami pun melepak di dalam port rahsia kami , bergossip sambil exchanged photos.....lepak punya lepak...

mak-mak dan yang veteran sibuk pulak..di luar cuci mata tengok gelang,rantai & jam cristal pelbagai bentuk.hahahaha..sungguh kecoh! sesi meng-order pelbagai warna & corak gelang dan rantai dimulakan.. saya pun ter-order 2 gelang cristal tersebut...satu untuk saya & satu lagi for my mum.....





Seterusnya lagi, upacara memotong kek birthday boy...umor? dirahsiakan....cucu-cucu a.k.a anak-anak buah menyanyikan lagu happy birthday untuk Dato' & selepas selesai...photo shoots, bacaaan doa, suap-menyuap..dan makan!!!!!



Selepas selesai makan-makan, mesyuarat keluarga dimulakan. di pengerusikan oleh Kak Ros dan penaungnya ialah Dato' Roslan. ...mesyuarat untuk Hari Keluarga yang seterusnya yang bakal diadakan di PD...(reason : terdekat). Saya telah dilantik menjadi setiausaha program...dan kehadiran penuh dari 9 keluarga. Pelbagai cadangan telah diusulkan oleh wakil-wakil setiap keluarga & mesyuarat ditangguhkan pada pukul 5.30pm...dan akan disambung insyaAllah pada bulan Febuari.

review : Bobbi Brown Corrector*updated*

hayloo peeps!

If you have severe dark circle like me, you cant simply put concealer but first step you have to dab corrector onto your under eye area....& followed by your yellow- base concealer.


Bobbi Brown has created Corrector Concealer which offers extra coverage that you need when you're sporting seriously dark circles.

This corrector has peachy-pink base to cancel out darkness..and neutralize your dark cirles. (purple-brown undereye dark cirle).i must said that it works wonderfully well at concealing all woes.....the texture is creamo and easy to apply...with finger or concealer brush,up to you.=)

How to apply?
Firstly, i applied tiny bit of eye-cream onto my under eye, then dab a lil bit of BB corrector you can use concealer brush..then, dab again & remember dont rub it! just dab... a lil bit of BB concealer & loose powder... voila!! you're done!


The price? i must say it's bit pricey RM80 for 1.7g.but...it's worth it cos you might need just little amount of it for every application to disguise the darkness...

for medium skin tone like me..i used dark peach for corrector & with honey or warm beige for concealer.

overall?? i'm so in love with this corrector...it's also lasting to me..i dont wanna waste my money for wrong shade of concealer again & my eye area turn into greyieesh.....yikes!for those have the same problem with me, i really recommend you to grab this corrector..especially for those who's wearing glasses & wanto change for contact lens plus having weird ugly dark circle under your eyes!ops that's me...but for those have very oily type of skin, i think maybe you can try a concealer from Benefit (erase paste) which is water-based texture,not oily..but i dont know whether it can really hide your dark circle...So, just go to the counter and try it yourself!!ok....

I managed to free my mind from workstuffs, stress, etcs for few days....lepaking with my fav cousins(k.eda,nini, dik la, ila & ainor)....got bombastic drastic plan...& end up sakit kaki semua org kepenatan.

on wednesday arrived at my cousin's house...lepaking...then petang we went for karaoke & night treated them watched movie Los & Faun! hilariouss..

thursday: woke up approxed 5.45 in the morning...siap-siap...& we headed to Genting! wahahaha...park kereta kat Sky way station..kiteorg...naik skyway up to Genting.hihi...sejuk sgt pagi tu.....sampai genting approx 9.30am...terus ke tiket counter...unfortunately...kakak counter tu cakap, 97% dari...outdoor park closed !stupid! so...kami just beli indoor tiket for rm28. semua dah macam frusrated sangat, end up gi makan kat KFC.....lepas makan, we just main-main kat in door jer...cam sedih, tetiba...kiteorg tengok dari ramai orang kat dalam indoor tu makin susut...then we checked back tengok...outdoor game opened! we asked different kakak... we are likee whattt??? tadi kakak tu cakap dah 3 hari berturut-turut tutup..yang kakak ni cakap everyday kami open & kakak tu sangat nice okay. my cousins sume dah pissed off giler...& we like wasting our time playin indoor game...( for me: i okay je! =p)..nasib baik...kami boleh topup jer tiket tu..so plus another rm 23..( fyi: weekday ticket for indoor+outdoor is rm51). So lepas je settle sume kami terus rushed to outdoor theme park. tengok dah ramai sangat orang...yahh school hols! first-first skali we queue for Spinner (my fav game!).hihii..seronok! then....space shot, corkcrew, dianosor boat, flaying dragon,pirate ship ...etcs.. we didnt manage to play all the outdoor ride...sebab utama...ramai sangat orang...so kene queue yg sangat-sangat panjang.*sigh*... lepas dah penat sume, we went back to indoor theme park & end our ride duduk di dalam venice gondola..

ok, selamat turun from genting approximately 10.00pm... then..terus headed cari makan...sebab dah lapar sangat, kami lepak di Pandan Jaya & makan!whooot!....sampai je rumah my cousin mandi & terbongkang ketiduran!

Friday : bangun tido dah pkl 8.15am...lepak-lepak siap-siap mandi & pergi breakfast kat Bangi Kopitiam around 11a.m hahaa...then...pergi midvallley plak...okay....sampai je area midvalley nak cari parking macam nak mati...dalam 2.30 baru dapat parking.adoihhh apasallaa sume zone die nak tutup??? plus ramail la sesangatmakluk kat situ...adeh..semua pon cuti cam kami eh?? hahaha ...cuci mata jap kat Jusco...then ke mac...(cosmetic?? nyampah gak ngan mac mv ni nye promoter!)...then ke Bobby Brown... so nice la..got party...got free drink & pastries...i like...in conjuction with their hols LE .i also accidently terbeli lagi... LE Holiday collection Lip pallete...cost me rm160 & also their corrector for rm80. hahahahhahaahaha then gi metrojaya....got myself a new pinky purse! hihihi.... i like. =D... then g makan kat foodcourt... try tengok...if ada movie yg avail but..sume dah selling fast & not avail. so..end up kami pergi ke Wedding roadshow... hahaha...&...i also got myself Whitening facial +shoulder massage+hand therapy at Beyond Beauty Spa, Body & Face...for first trial , bila mahu pergi facial? we'll see how the service etcs...Lepas tu, terus keluar from mv & headed to other mall, memula nak karaoke tapi semua fully-booked then end up gi tengok midnight. we watched Yes Man! hihiiihiih.....sampai-sampai rumah dah pukul 3 and tido pukul 4. omg! so phenat...lah.....

Saturday : bangun pagi... gi mampley...breakfast... gi Alamanda... & terus balik rumah.... hahahahahahaaahhaaha penat wooooo penat sangat!! nak tdo... photo..later =D.
